Banning Iraqi Colonel wanted by Spanish Court from entering the European Institute: an insight by Chief of delegation for relations with Iraq of the European Parliament : 

I was informed by the Iraqi Embassy in Brussels that they had a group of 14 senior political figures from Iraq coming to the European Parliament and they wished to attend my monthly meeting of the Delegation for Relations with Iraq on June 19. They sent me a list of 14 names. There were no designations next to any of the names and no indication about the purpose of their visit.
